Prayer: Armor of God

Angels of God’s Light,

Please intensify the Light of God

within me, and all around me.

Please deflect anything that is unlike it.

Please help me to keep Love in my heart,

so I can share it with the world.

Amen.

I have said this prayer daily for years since developing it in 2018 - and prayed it with and over my children, family members, and, as I got braver and more intentional, with practice members. It’s simple and powerful and a beautiful invitation to remember to ask for help, and receive it - from within, and all around us.

May it bless you+yours as it’s blessed my life and those around me.
