How my journey began
All parts of me synced together - it was the only way through - and I experienced, for the first time I could remember, union within me. My mind, body, and spirit all came into perfect alignment and oneness with the present moment. It was my only way through. The Way. My birth experience with my oldest child turned out to be a direct experience with Spirit. I felt the power of Creation moving through me, in me, as me - and I was the bridge between heaven and earth. It’s not something I thought, or something I even ‘knew,’ it is simply what was: the energy that permeated my entire being on every conceivable level.
It was my ‘Radical Act of Remembering’ and it changed me forever… or, rather… helped me to remember who I really truly was and am. My daughter’s birth wasn’t just hers, it was mine.
Since that time, my personal healing journey, self-empowerment, spiritual path have unfolded in ways I never dreamed possible. I embarked on my own hero’s journey, healed, found the treasure and truth I sought, and became fearlessly devoted to who I am and serving others.
It is my honor and privilege to serve pregnant moms, newborns, children, and entire families through holistic hands-on chiropractic care in private practice in St. Charles, Missouri. Our bodies are inherently intelligent, self-healing, self-regulating. This intelligence lives and moves through our nervous system. It is the energetic powerhouse of the physical body. And through chiropractic care, we can bring the nervous system (intelligence system) of the body into a greater state of balance and grace, allowing the Spirit within to move more freely, and allowing each individual a more optimized ability to adapt to stress, and to heal - on ALL levels.
As my chiropractic practice has grown, and as I have grown, I have had incredible opportunities to speak and teach other chiropractors and healing professions. And as the energies of the time and space we occupy have shifted, I also began offering Sacred Women’s Circles and Meditations monthly for my community.
And as the community grows, I am adapting to supporting and loving more people, in more places, and sharing Love in greater ways… and offer this site as a support for your hero’s journey, your path to self, to the “I AM” that you are, and to the Truth calling us home, to our own hearts.
